Terms of Service
Last updated November 1, 2026
These terms cover your use of the PuckRecord website (puckrecord.com) and the PuckRecord app for iPhone and iPad (together, “PuckRecord,” “we” or “us”). By using PuckRecord, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
The app and Apple’s EULA
Your use of the iOS app is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement(the “EULA”). If the EULA and these terms conflict about the app, the EULA controls. Apple isn’t responsible for the app or its content, and it has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.
PuckRecord Pro subscriptions
- PuckRecord Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription, sold in the app through the App Store. The price is shown before you buy, currently $4.99 (USD) per month, or the local equivalent.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals. Pro stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- Apple handles refunds under its policies; request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Deleting your PuckRecord account doesn’t cancel your subscription.
- Features included in Pro may change over time.
Accounts
An account is optional. If you create one with Sign in with Apple, keep your Apple ID secure. You can delete your account at any time in the app (More › Account › Delete account).
Acceptable use
Don’t:
- misuse PuckRecord or interfere with how it works;
- try to get access you aren’t given;
- scrape or bulk-download its data, or use automated tools to place heavy load on it;
- resell or republish its data as your own service;
- use it in a way that breaks the law.
We may suspend access that does.
Statistics and content
PuckRecord’s statistics come from third-party data providers and may contain errors, gaps or delays. See About the data. PuckRecord is for information and entertainment, and it isn’t official league data. Don’t rely on it for wagering or other decisions where accuracy matters. PuckRecord isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by the NHL or its teams. Team names and marks belong to their owners.
PuckRecord’s design, code and original content belong to us. You may share links to it and quote small parts with attribution.
Links and shopping
PuckRecord links to other sites, including Fanatics. We may earn a commission when you buy through these links. Those sites have their own terms, and we’re not responsible for them.
Disclaimers and limits
PuckRecord is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. That includes accuracy, availability and fitness for a particular purpose. For example, goal alerts may arrive late or not at all.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes and ending
We may change PuckRecord or these terms. If we change the terms, we’ll update the date above, and using PuckRecord after that means you accept the new terms. You can stop using PuckRecord at any time. We may stop offering it. If we stop offering Pro, we’ll stop renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple.
